How do I return an item?

ShopForCleaningSupplies.com has a 30-day unconditional guarantee return on purchases in new unused original condition. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you would like to send back an item, call us at 1-914-738-4400 for returns. ShopForCleaningSupplies.com values your patronage of all our janitorial supplies, cleaning equipment, maintenance products, and cleaning accessories.

We are unable to accept unauthorized returns. Please make sure to contact us prior to any returns for your return authorization number. This number helps us track the returned merchandise to ensure that your account is properly credited. Once you are given a return number please follow these steps for a smooth and easy return.

Once you are issued a return authorization number you must make sure that the returned goods are postmarked within seven business days of the numbers issuance. Please make sure to clearly mark your return authorization number on the shipping label of your package. Please do not write your number directly on the box only on the shipping label. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive back to our warehouse. We strongly encourage you to ship your package in a way that allows you to track your shipment and receive proof of delivery.

Upon receipt of your new and unused purchase back in our distribution center, it can take up to five business days to process and inspect the product(s) returned for proper credit to your account. Once ShopForCleaningSupplies.com initiates a credit to the merchant of record, it may then take an additional five business days for you to see the credit due posted to your merchant account. Please note that we are unable to issue a credit for any shipping cost associated with the delivery and or return of item(s).

In the event that we sent you the wrong item(s), we will pay for all shipping costs associated with the shipment to your location and back to our warehouse.
